Privacy notice

1. Controller

The controller in the sense of the revFADP is:

2. Data we process

We only process data you actively send us, and the technically necessary server logs:

• Contact form: name, email, optional phone, topic, message, consent.
• Server logs: truncated IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL, retained up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
• Mortgage calculator: inputs stay in your browser. Nothing is transmitted to Naiz.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Processing serves to answer your enquiry (Art. 31 (2)(a) revFADP, pre-contractual measures) and to operate the site securely (overriding legitimate interest, Art. 31 (1) revFADP).

4. Retention

Enquiries are deleted once processing is complete and no statutory retention obligations apply, typically within 12 months. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.

5. Processors and data transfers

• Cloudflare, Inc. (US / EU). Hosting, DNS, bot protection (Turnstile), spam mitigation. US transfer based on Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Resend, Inc. (US). Sending contact-form emails. US transfer based on Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Plausible Insights / Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cookieless, anonymised analytics. No personal data is shared with third parties; measurement is aggregated.

6. Cookies and tracking

This site sets no marketing or tracking cookies. Only technically necessary session information is used (e.g. for bot-protection verification). No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no comparable tracking.

7. Fonts and external resources

Fonts (GT Alpina, GT America) are self-hosted only. No calls to Google Fonts or comparable third parties.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• information about the data we process about you;
• correction of inaccurate data;
• deletion or restriction of processing;
• data portability (where applicable);
• withdrawal of consent with effect for the future.

9. Changes

Send requests to info@naiz-living.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch).
